Hibiscus Tea - for Weight Loss & High Blood Pressure


Hibiscus tea is an herbal tea made from the petals of the bright red Roselle flower. It is also called as sour tea. It is a popular beverage around the world. It tastes like cranberry juice. It contains vitamins and minerals like flavonoids which have anti-depressant properties. Hibiscus tea is a natural cure for cough, cold and fever. Its benefits can be enjoyed both as hot tea or a refreshing iced beverage.

Ingredients:


  • 4 Hibiscus Flowers
  • 2 cups Water 1/2 Lemon (optional)

Method:


  • Boil 2 cup of water in a saucepan.
  • Add Hibiscus flower petals and switch off the flame.
  • Cover tightly for 15
  • Squeeze half a lemon
  • Strain the tea into a cup
  • Now enjoy Hibiscus tea hot / iced.
